The whole EdgeRx process happens online — assessment, prescription, follow-up. Blood work is the only step that may involve a walk-in draw at a Quest or Labcorp location near you, and even that has at-home kit options for some panels.
Most patients get provider approval within 24–48 hours after finishing their health assessment. Add 2–4 business days if your plan requires starting blood work. Medications usually arrive within 3–5 business days after they’re prescribed.
No insurance is required. EdgeRx is a direct-pay, membership-based telehealth service, and all pricing is disclosed upfront before you commit to any plan. Some patients choose to use HSA or FSA funds, but eligibility for reimbursement depends on your plan administrator.
