Advanced Plans:
For people already doing the work.
01
You're training hard and the returns stopped.
Same effort, same discipline, less to show for it. Your body produces less growth hormone every decade past 30, and that shows up as slower recovery and a softer look on the same program that used to work.
02
Your sleep and recovery aren't keeping up with your training.
You can only build as fast as you recover. If sleep is shallow and sessions are stacking up, the ceiling isn’t your work rate — it’s your repair rate.
03
You're not looking for a shortcut.
These plans don’t replace training, food, or sleep. They support what you’re already doing, prescribed by a doctor who reviewed your history first. If you want a shortcut, this isn’t it.
Effort alone has a ceiling.
Your body’s growth hormone output peaks in your twenties and declines from there. You feel it as slower recovery, worse sleep, and a body that softens on the same program that used to work.
Growth hormone secretagogues work differently than taking hormone directly. They signal your own pituitary to release more of what it already makes, in your body’s natural pulse pattern — which is why most of these are dosed at night.
What that supports: sleep quality, recovery between sessions, and body composition over months, not weeks. Under a doctor’s supervision, alongside your training. Not instead of it.
What’s Included
A doctor-reviewed screen
A licensed doctor reviews your health history, training, and goals before anything is prescribed. Depending on your history they may ask for blood work.
Nightly dosing that fits your body
Most of these are dosed at night to work with your body’s own release pattern. Your doctor sets the protocol.
Built around your goal
Lean mass, body composition, sleep, or recovery — the plan changes depending on which one you’re actually after.

Will this replace training?
No. These plans support what you’re already doing with training, food, and sleep. They don’t work around the work. If your programming and nutrition aren’t in place, fix those first — you’ll get more out of them than anything on this page.
How do growth hormone peptides actually work?
They don’t give you hormone directly. They signal your own pituitary gland to release more of what it already produces, following your body’s natural pulse pattern. That’s why most of them are dosed at night, when your biggest natural release happens.
How long before I notice anything?
Sleep and recovery are usually what people notice first. Changes in body composition take longer and depend heavily on your training and nutrition. Your doctor will set realistic expectations during your assessment. Results vary from person to person.
Do I need blood work first?
A doctor-reviewed health screen is required for every plan. Blood work isn’t required for most performance plans, but depending on your history your doctor may ask for it before prescribing.
I compete in a tested sport. Can I use these?
Assume no. Several compounds on this page — including growth hormone secretagogues, IGF-1 LR3, and MK-677 — are prohibited by most anti-doping organizations, including WADA and the NCAA. If you’re subject to drug testing, check your sport’s current prohibited list before you start anything, and tell your doctor during intake. A prescription is not an exemption.
Are these medications FDA-approved?
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. They’re made at licensed compounding pharmacies and may be different from store-bought versions. Every one requires a prescription from a licensed provider.
Can I cancel or pause?
Yes. You can pause or cancel any time from your patient portal. No phone calls needed.
